Customized De Novo Assay Development

Frontage GDDS provides customized de novo assay development for specific targets. We have established more than a dozen FACS assays for the Jak/Tyk2-Stat pathway to dissect the effects of various cytokines and individual Jak/Tyk2 kinases using human PBMC.

GDDS also supports protein therapeutics including antibodies and ADC’s by measuring antibody concentrations using ELISA or MSD. We can customize your assays based on your specified antibodies and antigens or identify and obtain potential antibodies and antigens for your target. Our screening services are supported by a team of scientists with extensive experience in drug screening assays and utilize a full suite of automation equipment that supports 384-w and 96-w formats.
