Our FTE service model offers increased flexibility and access to our highly experienced chemists to help our clients address challenging synthetic targets.

Our chemists have been trained in top academic institutions and research labs, many have advanced degrees and many years of R&D experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

We collaborate with a wide range of organizations and offer multiple FTE models (including a hybrid model blending US and China chemists) to many companies and academic research groups around the world.
